• We specialise in destination weddings and celebrations, including the events that make up a wedding weekend, such as welcome dinners, farewell brunches, and gatherings for your guests.
  We also plan milestone celebrations, anniversaries, and birthdays, creating events that are personal, considered, and tailored to the occasion.

• Ideally, 18-24 months. This gives you the greatest flexibility and puts you in the best position to secure your dream venue and the vendors you really want. It also gives us time to make thoughtful decisions, explore options, and potentially reduce costs by securing or purchasing certain elements well in advance.
  A year is still a very comfortable timeline for planning a wedding, particularly when decisions are made efficiently and priorities are clear.
  For weddings planned less than 12 months out, we simply need to be more intentional and decisive. Availability becomes more limited, so being clear about your priorities and moving quickly on key decisions is essential.
  There’s no such thing as “too late”  but the shorter the timeline, the more focused and decisive we need to be.

I’m very hands-on. I like to know what’s happening, I notice the little things, and I’m not afraid to get involved and figure things out.

I’m also based here in Italy, which makes a big difference when you’re planning a wedding from abroad. I can be the person who goes to the venue, meets the vendor, checks the details, makes the phone call, or simply takes something off your plate that you can’t deal with from another country.

And because my background is in event design and styling, I naturally look at the whole picture. I want the logistics to work, but I also want the day to feel like you.

At the end of the day, I think what makes me different is that I want to be more than the person coordinating your wedding. I want to be your person on the ground in Italy.

  Being on the ground here in Italy, we become your eyes and ears. We take care of the things you can’t do from afar or simply don’t want to do yourself. From communicating with vendors and visiting venues to managing logistics, timelines, and all the details that come together behind the scenes, we make sure everything is handled properly.
  The goal is for you to enjoy the process and feel confident that someone you trust is here, taking care of it all.

• No, we don’t work exclusively with certain vendors. We have a network of trusted vendors that we know and love working with, and when they are a good fit for your wedding, we’re always happy to recommend them.
  That said, we’re equally excited to work with new, talented, and competent vendors. If you already have vendors you love or have found someone you would like to work with, we’re always happy to collaborate with them.
  At the end of the day, the goal is always the same: to create a beautiful experience and make sure the couple is happy.

• Our consultation is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, talk through your wedding, and understand exactly what you need.
  We’ll discuss your vision, priorities, guest experience, budget, location, and where you are in the planning process. If you’ve already booked your venue or vendors, we can talk through what you have in place and identify what still needs to be done.
  I’ll also explain how I work, what you can expect from me, and how I can support you throughout the planning process.
  Most importantly, it’s a chance for you to ask questions, get honest advice, and decide whether we’re the right fit for one another.

• Yes. We require a 50 percent deposit to secure your wedding date and officially begin working on your wedding.
  This allows us to get started without delay and ensures that I can confidently dedicate the necessary time, attention, and resources to you and your event from the moment we begin.

• Yes. We understand that planning a wedding is a significant investment, so we offer flexible payment plans to make the process more manageable.
  A 50 percent deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance divided into agreed-upon payments throughout the planning process. The payment schedule can be discussed and tailored based on your wedding date and planning timeline. All payment dates and amounts will be clearly outlined in your contract, so you always know what to expect.

• During the planning process, all travel expenses related to your wedding are included in our fee, includingground transportation for venue visits and meetings. For the wedding itself, accommodation for our team for each night spent away will be factored into the overall fee.
