Wedding Management
You've already planned much of your wedding, but as the big day approaches, there's still a lot to coordinate. Our Wedding Management service is designed for couples who have planned their celebration themselves but want an experienced professional to step in at least three months before the wedding to bring everything together.
We'll review your plans, finalize any outstanding details, assist with sourcing any remaining vendors, confirm arrangements with your existing supplier team, create a detailed wedding day timeline, and ensure every element is in place before the celebration begins.
On your wedding day, we'll manage every aspect behind the scenes, coordinating vendors, overseeing the schedule, and handling any unexpected situations so you, your family, and your guests can simply relax and enjoy every moment.
With everything professionally coordinated, you can be confident that all the planning you've invested will come together seamlessly, allowing you to be fully present on one of the most important days of your life.

Event Design & Production
Every wedding is unique, and sometimes you need a little extra support to bring your vision to life. As experienced event designers and producers, we also offer a range of bespoke services to complement your wedding planning.
From custom signage and stationery to seating charts, welcome displays, and personalized décor, we can design and produce the details that make your celebration feel cohesive and uniquely yours.
These services are available as an addition to our wedding planning packages and are tailored to suit your style, vision, and celebration.

1. Let's Get to Know Each Other
If you've connected with our work and would like to learn more about our services, we'd love to hear from you. Complete our contact form, and we'll be in touch within 48 hours to arrange a discovery call. It's our chance to get to know you, hear about your vision, and answer any questions you may have.
Following our conversation, we'll send you a tailored proposal and, once everything is confirmed, we'll begin planning your wedding together.
2. Venue Search
Finding the perfect venue is one of the most exciting parts of planning your wedding, and one of the most important.
Based on your vision, guest count, budget, and preferred location, we'll carefully curate a selection of venues that truly fit your celebration. Rather than sending endless options, we'll focus on places we genuinely believe are right for you.
Once you've found the one, we'll guide you through the booking process and continue building your wedding around the setting you've chosen.
3. Design & Styling
Once your venue is secured, it's time to bring your ideas to life.
We'll create a design concept that reflects your personalities and tells your story. From florals and stationery to tablescapes, lighting, and every decorative detail, every decision is made with the overall experience in mind.
As the design develops, you'll see your wedding begin to take shape, allowing you to visualize how everything will come together before the big day.
4. Vendor & Logistics Management.
Once the design is taking shape, we get to work on all the details that make the day actually happen.
We’re in constant communication with your vendors, sending emails, making calls, confirming bookings, tracking payments, preparing timelines, and coordinating all the moving pieces. We make sure every vendor knows what they’re doing, where they need to be, and when they need to be there.
From final confirmations and deliveries to setup schedules and vendor logistics, we keep everything organized, connected, and on track so you don’t have to chase down the details yourself.
5. Wedding Day Coordination
When your wedding day finally arrives, it's your time to relax, celebrate, and be fully present with the people you love.
We'll be there from the first vendor arrival to the final farewell, overseeing every detail, managing the timeline, and ensuring everything runs exactly as planned. While you're making memories, we'll be working quietly behind the scenes so your day unfolds seamlessly from beginning to end.
